Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to become weak and brittle — so brittle that a fall or even mild stresses such as bending over or coughing can cause a break. Osteoporosis related breaks most commonly occur in the hip, wrist or spine. Bone is living tissue that is constantly being broken down and replaced.

Rhumatoid Arthritis (RA)

Rheumatoid arthritis, or RA, is an autoimmune and inflammatory disease, which means that your immune system attacks it’s own tissue, including joints in your body by mistake, causing inflammation (painful swelling) in the affected parts of the body. RA mainly attacks the knee joints, wrist, elbow, shoulder, finger, ankle joints. usually many joints at once.
Affected joints will be Painful, swollen, red and temperature raises on the joint part.

Gout (Gouty Arthritis)

Gout is a form of arthritis characterized by severe pain, redness and tenderness in joints.
Pain and inflammation occur when too much uric acid crystallises and deposits in the joints.
Symptoms of gout include severe pain, redness and swelling in joints, often the big toe. Attacks can come suddenly, often at night.
Pain areas: in the small joints like fingers, ankle, foot, knee, or toe etc..

This painful condition usually begins gradually and makes the shoulder hard to move.

Calcaneal Spur

Calcaneal spur is a bony growths at the back of the heel (dorsal) or under the sole of the foot (plantar).

Calcaneal spur can cause heel pain. They are frequently associated with plantar fasciitis, a painful inflammation of the fibrous band of connective tissue (plantar fascia) that runs along the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the ball of the foot.
